Family History, the Journal of The Institute of Heraldic and Genealogical Studies, is a journal of serious scholarship containing transcriptions and editions of original family histories, genealogical and heraldic documents and articles, guides to research, reviews, illustrations and facsimiles of documents.
First published in 1962, the journal is issued free to members of the IHGS, alternatively a one year subscription to the journal is available at a fee of £15.00. A three year subscription costs £40.00.
